A picture of a toilet next to a restaurant listing

I went to Yelp just now to search for restaurants in my area that I may wanna try tonight. Usually when a list of restaurants comes up there is a picture next to the restaurant name. More often than not it is a picture of a dish.
Well, I just came upon one restaurant in the listing where the picture next to its name was of what I am assuming is a restroom stall. Unless it is a tiny room. The toilet is in the center. Not something I want to see when looking for places to eat. 
At least the toilet, the plunger, and the floor were all clean.

I could maybe understand if the bathroom was made of marble, etc. This picture is certainly not appealing at all and shouldn't have been used.

I think when people leave reviews on Yelp they can upload pics. Maybe someone that reviewed the placed uploaded this picture. I don't get why that picture would show up next to the listing though. There were other pictures once you got to the restaurant's page.

What I find weird is that where they say what kind of restaurant it is they say coffee & tea, accessories, home decor. That doesn't tell me what kind of food they serve there.

Very weird. I added the pic to the discussion just now. At first I thought maybe this is a picture that a reviewer uploaded but now I am not so sure.

That does sound awful. There used to be a company here that cleaned out septic tanks and also sold ice. Yuck.
