Have you seen the Squid Game?

So, I got curious about the Squid Game on Netflix because it is currently rated number 1 in the US in terms of viewership. It is really different. I haven't watched an entire episode, but I will watch more tonight. It has a unique plot, and since I know next to nothing about the culture in South Korea, it is interesting to me from that perspective too. It reminds me a bit of The Hunger Games actually.

I've heard a lot about Squid Game but haven't watched it yet myself. Still on the fence if I want to or not. Maybe I'll wait and see how you like it

@wilsongoddard I don't know anything about Hunter X Hunter. I would say honestly, it is kind of more like a cross between Hunger Games and Willy Wonka, if you can imagine those strange bedfellows.!

@snowy22315 I've heard that. From what I gather, it is somewhere in the ballpark of Hunter x Hunter. I know that a lot of people have used The Hunger Games for comparison; I've never watched those movies, though.

I just might have to watch this if it's similar to the Hunger Games. I read the Hunger Games books and enjoyed the movies.

I have no idea what that is... I've heard of Hunger Games but haven't watched it.

My daughter was visiting and I watched several episodes with her. I was surprised how gripping it was and how well done. It was quite violent which will stop some people. But It is the biggest thing on Netflix ever and made so much money!
