A Rainy Afternoon

Good morning everyone. I hope you are having a good start to your day. I didn't sleep much last night so I'm dragging just a little. My coffee should take of that soon.
We are supposed to have rain today starting late morning. I hope it does as I like to watch it unless it's cold outside. Daisy and I will probably sit on our balcony a little today and enjoy it. Does anyone else like the rain?
I really need to wash clothes but with very sleep last night, I don't have a lot of energy. I may lay down and have a nap later this morning. That is unless I fall asleep in my recliner first. I seem to do that a lot lately.

I like rain but not when it comes down fast and furious like it does here if we get any. I'd love to see a couple days of a light drizzle for once.

rain, aint that a 4-letter word? we've 'd so little 'f such that i aint sure what such'd e'en look like :) when 't did rain, i'd 5 waterfalls'n my house so'd not the time to 'njoy such a rare beauty.

I love sitting outside in the rain in a sheltered place during a summer rain storm.
Its always such a relief to feel the cool air come in after days of heat and humidity.
The rest of the year I am content to watch it from the window though.
Its like some snowfalls you just have to be out in it and yet others you are happy to watch from inside.

We are tired of rain here in the last three months. We have been on alert a few times since August. And it is raining non-stop in last two days and our city is on alert again for 48 hours.
I wish I could send some rain to the parts of the world that really need it.
