What's for supper? And snow, snow, snow.

Tonight we are inside with scalloped potatoes, turkey and cauliflower and cheese all purchased from the grocery store. It was good except I thought the turkey tastes like it was pressed so I didn't eat mine. Tomorrow night we may get a touch of snow flurries coming in with the rain as the temps go below freezing. Sunday we may get more of the same. I'm not looking forward to any let alone this soon. Maybe that will be all for now.

@marlina more like perfectly cut from the bird which isn't possibly when carving the turkey at home. I don't know what or how it was mad but it wasn't that great in my book.

I think that's the term. Like it was chopped and then pressed to appear like turkey slices. I could be wrong but it wasn't tasty.

Overall it was great and saved eating out another day. Not sure whether we'll eat out tomorrow or what just yet We've had snow as early as Halloween before but with the weather temps I was going it would hold off a bit longer.

@kobesbuddy I don't remember last week's weather but it's been up and down here. Friday turned windy late morning and rained an hour later. So I guess now I remember it wasn't as nice here. Today is around fifty though but going cold again tomorrow at least there's no more chance of snow just yet. I'm hoping the frost stays away too our we may not be able to get out jobs done before the end of the year

Looks good, I am looking forward to Thanksgiving turkey. I had an artichoke and cheese strudel and salad. I also had some cherry, berry strudel for dessert...Obviously, it was strudel night!

The scalloped potatoes sound delicious. It has been a very long while since I had scalloped potatoes. Snow sounds nice, but I'm hoping that it doesn't show up here for a bit. After we move to a new place, the snow can set in and I'll be perfectly fine with it then.

Scalloped taters sounds so good. I hope you won't get that much snow. Just the idea makes me shiver.

It's supposed to be only less than an inch the first day and then an inch on Monday. After that it's clear and a tad warmer so I'm sure it'll melt.

It looks like you had a delicious meal. We may be getting snow or rain or a wintry mix tomorrow. That is my kind of weather. So I am hoping for more snow than rain. But I'd rather have a rainy winter day than a sunny one. So, if it is a rainy day, or we have a wintry mix, that will work for me as well.

@MarshaMusselman We've had snow in the area, but not in my village. We've been on the wrong side of the hill and/or lake so far.
