November 17 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a good day.
I'm thankful for the workout this morning at the YWCA in the pool and fitness center. I didn't push myself, but I still had an excellent workout.
I'm thankful for my appointment about my hearing aids this morning. It turned out they had wax build up in them, so I had a hard time hearing with them. They also gave me the tool to use in the future when I start having a hard time hearing.
I'm thankful for the work on Wilderness Call. I finally finished the scene I'm working on and can move on tomorrow. I have almost 36K words now.
Okay, that's my day. Time to put my feet up. I'll be back tomorrow and try to get more done here. Though I'm also doing laundry tomorrow, so we'll see what happens.

I'm thankful for the warming trend we're currently in. I'm thankful my cats are happy and as healthy as they can be. Though they make working out, fun. I'm thankful I finally found the ink for my printer, and replaced all the cartages I needed to replace. I feel bad for wasting some ink (because some still had a fair ammount), but since I had to do it.

My grandmother had that issue with her hearing aids too. Glad you have the tool now and it wasn't your hearing that was the issue.

@just4him Normally the packages have to be picked up in downtown Lake Charles since the neighborhood mailbox was vandalized in July.

I was a little uptight yesterday. I had been crying about Kobe again, the night before. I realize that he's gone, but it's still hard to see little reminders around the property. He was a faithful friend, I really miss him a lot. I'm thankful that this too will pass, my heart will heal up given enough time. I'm thankful for my physical health, it's much better now. Jay's hand is healing beautifully, thanks be to God:)

I am thankful that I got my mail off, and some Bill's paid. Thankful to be back home, and its quiet and the rest of the evening is taking it easy. Glad you had a good day.

I'm sure you're happy to have working hearing aides again and now have that gizmo to he!p you with the wax.
