I had placed plastic cups of ammonia around the room. A friend told me that chases them away. The mouse was crawling on the fan. When I screamed he fell into the ammonia! I ran and got a guy next store to come and get him! The guy said don't let them see you're scared. Yay!! That things been running around here for two weeks. I don't know where the others are, but I've got something for them too!!!

Glad you got the lil rascal .... too bad you don't have a raptor or snake that would eat them

Yes it would, raptors wouldn't be very comfortable in a confined space.

A snake would be a good pet for cases like this.

We had an evasive one here last year. I named him hairy because he was! Have you ever seen a hairy mouse?

There's nothing evasive about these mice. They come out when they get ready and make themselves at home. Got comfortable in the comforter in my closet

Search carefully for your point of entry, as we all know where there is one mouse there is at least a few more nearby. Very often their entry is under a sink on an outside wall, they will poke around the pipes connected there and push out any packing to prevent them entering. Stuff steel wool in those places, they hate that. Glad you caught your mouse.

@db20747 It worked for me when I lived in an older home. Got all the places plugged up and they were gone.

Glad you caught one. I hate when mice get into the house. That's why I always had cats
