Writing and I'm sad / myLot

Oh so wonderful that last night's cold rain did not morph into snow. This afternoon hubby and I are driving north to a small town's wonderful pizza parlor then we'll shop for a few groceries. I'm disturbed and sad and horrified by America. Kind and gentle people in America? Hardly. Today is a good day to hide under warm covers and write. Time to buy big bags of cat and dog food and bring the bags to my local animal shelter. Any thing to help lessen my sadness, my grief. Anything to lessen my unease. Goddess bless us all as we go through our days- some permitted to be safe and some watched, their days numbered by those others in our midst who do not consider them worthy of life or every day blessings.

I am sorry you are sad . I hope you will get over being sad. That is good you are buying food for the animals. The animal sheltars can use the help.

im sorry you are upset. We have our ups and downs in this country. I guess like most. There are always good people, unfortunately it is much easier to see and hear the bad ones.
