Green green grass of home

So my cousin is selling these patches of yard grass on Facebook. I didn’t know you can grow them and cut into portions to sell to people. Her husband does the cultivation and all and she is in charge of marketing. She mainly uses Facebook to advertise their grass and I think it’s an effective platform. Plus it’s free. I bought some for my mom’s yard. Do you have a grassy lawn?

They sell in in "rolls" here, usually green grass, this is what we bought when we refurbished the garden.

@sol_cee What do you mean for "How’s your grads now?" The temperature? The morning temperature is from 6 to 9 C and during the day no more than 14 C. Getting colder from this week.

Yes, that's a common practice here. Mostly wealthy people buy sod so they have a ready-made yard when they move into their new house.

@sol_cee When I bought a new house, we seeded the lawn and covered it with straw to keep the seeds from washing away. That's done a lot here, too, and is cheaper than buying and laying sod.

@sol_cee They slice off rolls with a special machine then roll it out at the new location. They then water and fertilise it well and mostly it grows very well.

Wooaah I've never seen reel grasses getting sold, only seen artificial ones!! That's super interesting. When you install it in your yard, does it keep growing ?
