A gift from a happy customer

A day or two ago, Vince took photos of a couple who live a few doors up from us in our lifestyle village. He is offering to take portraits of any of the couples who live in the village. We’re not charging as it doesn’t cost us anything and Vince is keen to have some ‘models’ to practise with.
The husband came down yesterday to get the processed photos onto a thumb drive and bought us a small gift which is the aroma reeds that you can see in the centre of the photo. I really like these as we were given some last Christmas and enjoyed the perfume from them. I’ve put them in our bathroom.

That's a nice gift. Good that Vince got some models to practice.
Those look like incense sticks. But we have to burn incense sticks to get the aroma.
How long does the aroma last?

@JudyEv Good that the aroma is subtle. I can't tolerate the ones that are strong. I get a headache.
I can't use incense sticks or aroma candles. My husband has allergies to them or any strong smell. He gets sneezing and headache

We have incense sticks here too but I always worry about fire with incense sticks and candles. You don't have to light these but the perfume is really nice.

@JudyEv I know we don't have any pictures of us together since we've gotten older.

Vince is doing a great service as a good gesture. Not everyone does that.
And of course, the gift above is awesome!!
We also had these long time back and gifted some to one of our uncle - aunt who had shifted to a new house.

That's a good description. It's quite subtle. Definitely there but not in your face.

I have had them before. I like the effect and I have a variety of attractive glass bottles.

I hadn't thought about putting the sticks into a different bottle but that's a good idea.

That could be a challenge. You might need to put the bottle in something larger that they couldn't knock over.

That is what I said... so it was, what if you spill the liquid.
Oh my goodness, I will find a place where to use it.
