...desktop. I am not sure what's going on. I noticed there is a number sign at the end of site address of myLot . But I can access it using my mobile phone. Are you experiencing it, too?

I keep myLot open on my laptop, so am never signed out. (I've not been able to sign in on my smartphone for years. *shrug* I'd rather be on myLot on my laptop anyway.)

When I am trying to log in, it shows like this mylot.com/#. It seems I just need to use my mobile phone, even my laptop cannot accept the site.

Luckily, I don't. But I only use my laptop and not my phone. I don't usually connect my social media accounts through my phone because I'm wary. I hope you can access your account soon. Good luck.
