Happy Monday

I had a really nice weekend. It was nice getting together for Christmas with my husband's side of the family. It was nice opening gifts with the kids on Saturday morning, and then his family around lunch. Got to relax a little bit also. It was a nice weekend with the family. Now I'm at work. Due to restrictions and all, I'm only here until about 10. So only for a little while longer. It's fine by me. I get to go home a little earlier than before and I get to spend a little more time with the kids. Hope everyone has a great Monday.

The most important thing is to stay safe of course, and you will enjoy being with your daughters and son. We are getting a bit of a snow today. It has recently started.

Absolutely. I definitely want to stay safe and be able to spend some time with my kids. I'm glad that my schedule allows me to. Hopefully you don't get too much snow.

@Juliaacv It can be definitely a let down when you get snow later than you'd like. Hopefully it's not freezing rain. Only time will tell.

@dodo19 I don't think that they are calling for alot of snow, eventually it will turn into sleet and possibly freezing rain. We will wait and see. Its kind of a let down that we had a green Christmas and today, coincidentally, many of us our first day back to work, we get that snow that we wished for last week.

My daughter went back to work today too and even though she's working from home she's having a hard time getting back into the routine (she was off all last week). Glad you had a good Christmas and that you were able to spend time with family.

It can be hard to get back into the routine after some time off. Hopefully it went well for her. I'm definitely glad I was able to spend time with family as well. It was nice.
