Baked chicken wings

I am baking whole chicken wings in the oven.
The smell is so good it is making me hungry.
I can't wait to dive into them.
Too bad I won't be eating them right out of the oven.
Have to wait till hubby comes home from work to eat them.
But only after eating some beet and mushroom soup that my mom made me.
I think I will make a salad as a side for the wings.
No need for anything more as the soup will be pretty filling.

I love chicken wings made in all kinds of ways, My mom used to make a great chicken wing noodle soup, She would boil the chicken wings with carrots, Then when they were ready and the chicken broth was steaming she took out the wings and added egg noodles, Then served the wings on the side with the soup,

I've never done this. Sounds very tasty and like something I'd enjoy. How long did she boil them for?

@lovebuglena just long enough for the wings to be tender and not falling off the bones yet and for richer bullion, she added a bouillon cube, Then after it was to make the carrots tender and the egg noodles, A nice touch is adding chopped parsley to the soup,

@lovebuglena Overcooked they get dry and unpleasant. I like spicy but not too spicy.
