December 12th was a promotional day and finally I decided to buy a very good ice-cream machine and now I can often make different kinds of ice-creams at home. In fact I have made 4 flavors of ice-creams but I forgot to take photo for the chocolate ice-cream

The other three flavors are coffee, mango and vanilla ice-creams. In fact it is the winter now but I still want to use my ice-machine more often

@youless Wow! That would be even better. The organic icecream store near our home uses fresh fruits for their icecream. We often buy from them. They are bit costly but worth every extra penny. They taste heaven

In the past my ice cream machine was not all automatically. I needed to put the container to the freezer at first and then made the ice cream. Now the new machine is very good. All I have to do is to press a button and the ice cream will be done after an hour.

This is why I think it is comfortable to live in the north because they have heating system indoor. Fortunately the ice-cream is yummy and I can still enjoy it in my cold house

@youless we have moderate kind of weather for most of the year, but sometimes in dec or jan it becomes very cold( close to freezing point) therefore we don't have heating system. Also i am allergic to ice cream when its cold.

Normally I think I can make about 1000L of ice cream each time. If I have to make a profit, the price will be very high

@youless Start adding more flavors and sell them. And the price should be reasonable to lure people to buy. Otherwise, if it is too high people will ignore your ice creams.
