We had beautiful weather yesterday. We reached a sunny and warm 62F yesterday afternoon. I was out in the back yard wearing jean shorts and sandals while picking up some branches knocked down by the storms a few days ago. I was in heaven...

Pretty and I had to drop off a payment for a bill a few minutes ago. I had to chisel the windshield wipers loose from the windshield, if that helps you any. The thick fog during the night was beautiful, though.

It rained almost all day yesterday. Mostly it was light rain until about 7pm at which point it came down fast and furious. If what mom once told me is really true then this year we'll get a lot of rain. As long as we don't get any flooding I won't mind that.

It's been interesting. I think perhaps I can at least try to find myself. A line from a song is stuck in my head "It took me years to create the mess that you see" That's ringing in the New Year. It nice to feel a friendly face or two. I have been in solitude for a long time and I am just beginning to understand that. I guess I am a slow learner.
