Tater Tot Casserole For Dinner

Having a breakfast tater tot casserole for dinner. Easy to cook and always leftovers. You can make this one to your liking as always. You will need cheese (sharp cheddar cheese works good), eggs, bacon, milk, and tater tots. Some people add onions or shallots and hot sauce. I leave that out. Not my photo. Mine is still in the oven. Cooks for about 45 minutes. Enjoy your evening.

I've made a tate-rtot casserole before with cooked ground beef. I forget what all I added in, but cheese was one of the main ingredients. What a treat!

Yes many will add beef. I prefer it without.

@CarolDM Sounds interesting. My stove is very old and cannot use the oven part. I just use the burners so can just look at the picture and except for the bacon part it would be interesting. Enjoy it.
