My friend got snow in South Carolina!

She tells me it's pretty rare there. I'll attach one of her photos. I wonder if Horse Jr. and his mom got snow in North Carolina. Here, it's dreary and in the 50s--a perfect day for watching football. How's the weather in your neck of the woods?

Dang that is rare. It only snowed twice in three years in North Carolina when I was there and they said that is rare for area. They do have mountain areas, but other than that the southern part of North Carolina does not get much snow. Funny thing its when I first got there and they put me on guard duty in the Marines. As soon as I got out of the 5 ton to go to my guard post it starts snowing and is midnight. I am like just my luck.

@TheHorse Apparently and same night or early morning I saw my first alligator. I am like this place trying to kill me snowing and there is glowing eyes off the dock by the bay. I actually called that in because they said there is alligators around there and they were like "sure sounds like one to me, just stay away from there. You do not have to worry about that, lets just hope he stays in the water." Maybe he just wanted to see the snow too.

@TheHorse That's a whole 48 hours longer than I enjoy it. I think I need mountains. Snow is more enjoyable when there are mountains around.

We got snow too in North Carolina. Twice. But now it's sunny and in the 50's. I had read we might get a chance of snow again this weekend, but I hope it doesn't so Chris (my boyfriend) can come for a visit.
