I was glad to stay home today

It is cold and windy, but very sunshiny. I was glad to stay ome today. I have been pretty lazy. The kettle is on, would you care for some tea? I like to keep the kettle going to add moisture to the air. I took an early nap and may take another one soon. It is not even 3:30 yet. We have three different types of leftovers on hand, so dinner will be really easy tonight. I have a load of wash going. In some ways I find it hard not being at work.

The sun seems to be shining here, too, and the song Blue Skies is even playing on the radio as I type. Yes, tea sounds good about now, even though I just had a cup maybe 5 minutes ago. Anything to avoid doing the laundry.

I guess we could go without clothes to reduce the laundry loads. I am getting back into tea and find it pretty soothing.

@GardenGerty - I like our home, I am so well inside, it's not an incentive to go out. The stairs are my exercise.

I always have a struggle of just having an easy day, always needing to do something even if it is doing just doing laundry or cleaning something, it is good to relax a bit though, that is something I have to remind myself.
