What do you do with a frozen sailor?
Oh, yeah I don't sail. But I was frozen. We had the coldest day of the year yesterday with a high of around 22 degrees.
For those keeping track at home, that was the coldest day in the Washington DC area since 2018. I know records are meant to be broken,but some shouldn't be!
Still not as cold here as in other places!

We started off with 2F and got up to 12F by late afternoon. Pretty and I stayed inside where it was warm. (She turned the heat down in the rest of the house. I woke up to a chilly 65F in my bedroom. She said she was "comfortable" with an electric heater running in her bedroom.

It was 20. Have no idea what it was at night. This weather will continue for at least a week with s**w today and another batch coming through tomorrow. Yuck!

@DocAndersen It was in the 20s. I watch ed the last few minutes. Big fan of Derrick Henry. They should have won that game.

In a word cold. I think the high was 25, and the low was maybe 15. The weather guy here too said it was the coldest Jan day in 3 years.

A dear old frine now gone used to sing the original what do you do with a drunken sailor early in the morning. Back down in degrees cold tonight at 51 right now and will be much colder through the night. No wonder I feel like my screws are loosening up lol

It was sunny in the morning and cold this Saturday evening. It rained for some minutes and stopped maybe it will rain at night. Keep warm
