The Universe Had Other Plans For Me

So I had planned to go to a government office to pay off part of my mortgage. My plan was to go there after my graveyard shift. It just so happens that this government office is open on a weekend and there are hardly any people around.
So I had planned this the whole week but it kept being pushed because the nearby ATMs are always offline. I figured that it will be fixed sooner. Lo and behold, when I tried checking again today, I saw an advisory that the bank's system is undergoing maintenance and it won't be available until tomorrow.
Everything is offline.
So no ATMs, no access to their site, and you can't use their debit and credit cards to make purchases. Just my luck. So instead of me being able to make a payment today, it will be moved further back, most likely next week,
Oh well, at least I get to write a post about it herein myLot.
Have you ever thought that the universe had other plans for you?

@much2say I have to go pee, but brother in restroom. Really he had to go pee at that exact moment. See, universe messes with us. OK, he out, universe let up. I can go pee, dammit now my sister going pee. she shot the cannon. I am going to mess this universe person up when we meet.

I hope they did not charge you a late fee.
This is terrible.
Yes my whole life has been shifted for me..my plans were not fulfilled at all

My daughter finished figuring my taxes for this year and I get a refund, which is nice. 
I got a notice from PayPal that I needed to use my PayPal debit card for something so they'd know I wanted to receive a new one as the old one is expiring. (I've had it for over two years and never bothered to use it before. *shrug*) Pretty found something online she was interested in buying, so I should receive the new debit card in a few weeks.
