Looking forward to today

I have nothing planned for today, and I am looking forward to that.
I know that sounds odd.
Now I just need to decide what I want to do.
I might make brownies, or herbal concoctions.
Maybe I will read or sew.
I slept in until almost 7 o'clock.
There is a cat that needs to be combed.
But first, I need breakfast!
It is Saturday here . . .have a great day!

It is odd for me. I have chosen to do no laundry, only a few dishes. I did make and eat some brownies. It has been quiet and restorative.

I woke at 6:30 when hubby got out of bed. I stayed in bed til 7 when Little Miss announced the time and brought it to my attention that the floor was wet. Hubby had been outside to start the truck and brought snow in on his boots.
Was hoping to visit my daughter today, but she hasn’t answered my text. So we will keep close to home. Have to help Little Miss with her Valentines gifts for her classmates.
