Marukai has a sale in this cushion. It's the last day of sale, so I went to check it and bought it. 11.99 plus tax. It eliviates pressure on back & hips, so you should be able to sit comfortably longer. Hope it works!

@oahuwriter Box is all Japanese words. I believe it's made in Japan, so maybe ebay might have it or Amazon.
