Looking at the loose change and dollar bills I see that a lot of this is country music. Sorry, Linda. 
Here’s another song that has some sort of money in the title. Sing along.
#9: Here’s a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares) - Travis Tritt
This is one of those songs I really wanted to hate. But it’s so dang snarky. The old “I was wrong to leave you, honey, so please take me back” sob story gets slapped in the face with the titular comment.
And, truth be told, Travis Tritt got slapped in the face a few times with quarters when he’d do this song live. Fans would throw quarters onto the stage, regardless of where (or who) they hit. 
He actually stopped doing the song for a while, just out of personal safety.
As you know, I’m not much on 90s country music, but there are exceptions. This is one of them.

I began this section of the countdown with a song about making a phone call that was a dime. So it would stand to reason that a quarter isn’t what it was. I wonder, if we still had pay phones, if you could make a call for under a dollar!!

I am very familiar with this song and it was popular when my children were growing up. It became a household snarky remark when no one cared what someone else was whining about. Occasionally it still comes up and shortened to here's a quarter!!
