The big change happened in my lifestyle when I got sick nine months ago. I stopped drinking coffee, eat healthy food, do brisk walking regularly, use face masks, and so on. It crossed my mind to change for a better version of me. I want to earn my stripes in keeping fit as a fiddle, so I always work hard to attain them.
Why is it challenging to adjust to a new lifestyle?

I'd love to go out walking but won't go walking alone. I'm not always stable on my feet anymore and am afraid I'll fall and hurt myself. *shrug*

@DaddyEvil Is it not related to high blood pressure? I think you need to have a checkup.

@Shavkat I just had a checkup and the doctor prescribed a diuretic to see if that would help. So far, it hasn't.

I was feeling dizzy and did not go out from home for almost three months literally. At first, I thought it is due to having the vaccination and triggered my high blood pressure. In the end, it was because of my eyesight that needs to wear eyeglasses.

@Shavkat So, now your vision is corrected. Did the problem with dizziness go away?

So sorry you were sick. I’ve always tried to take care of my health. I’ve had sickness and surgeries but I’ve always snapped back. My last surgery was on my pancreas about six years ago That was the hardest one yet but I’m still going strong.
