Amazon gave me some Agatha Christie´s books for free.

Amazon has an interesting way of selling books. It gives some free books and then gives part of other books that you can buy online.
I just got a lot of Poirot´s short stories for free. After I finish them, I´ll check other free books. I can read classics online for free with the Gutenberg project.
I have several of those books in paper but I don´t like to climb to the second floor of my house.

Amazon hopes that people will enjoy the free first edition of a set of books and people will buy the rest of the set.

@marguicha Did I mention there's a site where you can get free books? The entire series of books are free... I use b-ok.cc You can download 5 free ebooks a day or, if you give them your email address, you can download 10 free ebooks a day.
I've downloaded hundreds of ebooks from them in the last three years, since I found the site.

I read a couple of short stories beffore turning off the lights.
