What's cooking?

For us tonight it is what they call a sheet pan meal. I have baby carrots, apples onions and potatoes that have been roasting in olive oil and seasoning. For the last thirty minutes I have added smoked sausage as it is fully cooked.. We will accompany this with kraut, and then possibly have a dessert. This would also be good with other veggies in the pan and it is a favorite easy meal.

My favorite meal. I’d leave out the potatoes and sausage and maybe add squash. So yummy.

I have some squash on hand I need to cook. Perhaps I will pan roast it with some onions. I am trying to eat more vegetables.

I had plans for our dinner tonight but the baby was too fussy to get it done and wIth the remodeling my husband was doing in the bathroom I couldn’t have her in the kitchen as there was so much in the air and noise which scared her.

Oh, that is just what the social media are calling it these days. I also will just call it a one dish meal.
