There is an increase in the number of cases of people diagnose with gallstones. Some of the contributing factors are based on the type of food that we eat, not drinking enough water daily and another cause could be as a result of a ruptured or malfunctioning gallbladder. The natural remedies include: drinking apple cider vinegar with apple juice daily to flush out the gallstones. Some people also drink cerasse tea. Some people also drink lemon juice to flush out the gallstones. Eats lots of fruits and vegetables daily and get rid of high cholesterol foods and preservatives. In addition to drinking lots of water, it is recommended that you massage your abdomen nightly with a castor oil pack and you will be able to pass out the gall stones in your stool. Surgery should be a last resort it is safer and better to try natural methods.

@kobesbuddy Oh no.I donot recommend surgery. Don't let anyone take out your gall bladder no matter how bad it is. I think she would have lived longer if she tried some of my natural remedies.

She needed to eat foods that would break up the cholesterol and bile deposits. I heard June plum is very good for this . Did your mother in law drink lots of water daily?

surgery also has risks and my mother also has an ulcer disease that can't be arbitrary in consuming food. She already remove the gallstone 6 year ago by surgery because only that way she she's not nauseous anymore.

@askme123 There was 1 gallstone near the ribs, so prior to surgery, general anesthesia was performed then the abdomen was dissected 10cm with a knife and the gallstone was removed with tweezers. They use glue that sticks to the meat and seals it with a laser beam.

Are you trying all the natural methods? Before you started feeling the pains what type of food you were mostly eating? The reason for asking is that your trigger lies in the foods that you recently ate.I know it might seem difficult. However just make a list of what you ate in the past 2 weeks or so just before the trigger. Then you start eliminating and then substitute with fresh fruits and vegetables.

@askme123 Thank you. Yes, I am. Though, I've also heard they can be genetic. They didn't run in my family. Though my kids are concerned because they run in my late ex-husband's family.

I had this one too many years ago. They detected some gallstones in my bladder so the doctor suggested I might need some surgery. But I just followed like eating apples every day since I could not find apple juice before. I guess it worked since the pain subsided and so far, I have had no pain in my stomach area in the pasts years.

@jobelbojel I also read and heard that these foods are real triggers. Can you imagine the foods that we love are the source of our bad health. Can you imagine too that everyday these fast food lines are very long. People just waiting to pack garbage in or in order words wreck their health. Home cooked meals are best don't you think so?

Thanks for reminding. I had gallstones and got rid of them by surgery. A friend however cured himself by regular intake of a lintel called kurthi. I must find the name of the lintel in English.

I agree with you 100 percent. Many fast food lovers donot realize this. The excessive salt and preservatives with fake seasoning and coloring not very good for us. If you eat it once in awhile that is ok but when you have it every single day that buildup will make you sick.
