Yesterday was a difficult day. I didn't know if I was getting sick or what was going on, so I did my exercise on the foot cycle. My calories were also up, but not my sodium. Still working on that. Weight - 188.6 - Same as the day before. Food Breakfast - Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl - Half Cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Half Banana, Almonds, 2 Dates, 1 TBS Tahini, 1 Tsp Honey, and 1.5 Banana Snack - Ezekiel 4:9 Raisin Bread, 1 TBS Ricotta, 1 Grapefruit Lunch/Dinner - Ribeye Steak, Potato Snack - Chocolate Mug Cake Beverage - 3 Water, 1 Tea Grand Total Calories: 1537.5 Fat: 62.625 Sodium: 272.5 Potassium: 2332 Carbs: 136.75 Sugar: 53.5 Protein: 63.3 Exercise Foot Cycle - 48 Minutes Sodium is still low. Thankfully, I haven't had any leg cramps. I think the magnesium is helping to keep them at bay. I was still hungry, so I had the mug cake, otherwise, the calories would have been on target. I could barely move because a horrible back pain, today I am a lot better.

@LadyDuck I don't think I've ever seen my doctor for back pain. I think it would be gone by the time I could get in to see him as he's always booked.

Yes, today is good. I was super cold yesterday and my nose ran like a sieve. It's the weather.

Your calories were a little up, but not very much. Your meals are very balanced and healthy food choices. You're doing an amazing job! You're keeping your weight down, that's wonderful

@just4him It's had to stay within a certain calorie range. I think Mom's was 1,200 the diet a doctor gave her.

Yes the mug cake definitely added the calories, but you are still doing okay so far.

Thank you. Yes, I am. Today, I could have that mug cake and it wouldn't make a dent due to all the exercise I got today. I'm not though. No interest in it today.

I need to track food better. I have had a headache on and off. Today, and some yesterday. Getting in the tub helped with that a little.
