My neighbor invited me over to a party she was giving a neighbor down the street. Her and her family will be moving soon. I have never actually met them.
I could not believe the food she had. This pastry filled with cheese immediately got my attention. I told her not to give me the recipe. It would be too dangerous. Wow this was so very good. As good as the photo, trust me.
She said it was a mixture of pecans and brown sugar with melted Brie cheese inside a golden puff-pastry shell. Absolutely delicious.
Photo is mine. I brought home no leftovers. This dish could be addictive.

Sounds good. Is Brie a strong, "stinky" cheese? I only like mild cheeses.

@CarolDM I've never tried it. I like mild and mellow.

We were watching Beat Bobby Flay the other evening and his main ingredient for the challenge was Brie cheese. I have never tried it but I see how creative one can be with a cheese that melts so well. That looks delicious and would be dangerous for me as well,
