March 19 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Some might think it's hard to find something to be thankful for when you consider I've been sick most of the day. I'm just starting to feel like I'm alive again. However, I am thankful. I'm thankful that even though I'm sick, I'm alive to tell about it. Trust me you don't want to know the details. I'm thankful for the research I'm doing on my new book, which will go a long way for the research on the first one I finished a couple of years ago, New Horizons - Predators and Blue Fire. I think I'll be writing both Dominion and editing Predators at the same time. I have a book given to me a few years ago called World Building for Science Fiction writers. I also found an interesting series on Netflix that goes hand in hand with the book called Alien Worlds. What I don't understand in the book, the series is helping with. I'm very happy about that. I didn't do too well in science as a kid. I'm thankful for answered prayer. A friend at church had her baby today, a boy. I'll find out the details tomorrow. I'm sure they won't be there, at least not in person. Technology is a wonderful thing when you can bring people together in person through the Internet. Okay, that's my day. I didn't get the health report ready as I've been off the computer since early morning. I'll be happy when my shoulder heals from whatever problem it has. What are you thankful for today?
