March 21 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a busy day. I'm sorry I couldn't be here today. However, I stopped by long enough to give you my usual posts. I have nothing planned outside of the Y tomorrow, so I should get caught up. So, here is what I'm thankful for today.
I'm thankful I got to the Y this morning. I didn't spend a lot of time there, but I got some swimming in before I needed to leave. No hot tub. No time.
I'm thankful I remembered to turn in my FoodShare report due next month after the Y.
I'm thankful I got to my son's early to get the laundry done. I had two loads and had the first load in the washer by 6:30 AM. I was home by 10.
I'm thankful for the nap I got after I got home from my son's. I planned to be here, but I was falling asleep. I got an hour. It felt good.
I'm thankful for the work I did on New Horizons - Predators and Blue Fire. I'm editing so I can write the first book in the series - Dominion. I opened that one up too. I also need to find time to work on Where Eagles Soar so I can have it ready to publish by next year.
I'm thankful for the exercise I got on the bike in the community room before the potluck.
I'm thankful for the potluck. I estimated the calories and other numbers for it. So it's close. I met a couple more people, so that was fun. However, only a couple of slices of my Irish soda bread were eaten. I don't need the sodium that contains so I through it out.

Wow you really are going to town in your writing.
I've been here a bit more recently and wow about having close to a hundred notifications which reminded me of you. I've not been by to visit in a really long time. Sorry about that.
I'm thankful I made payout. I'm thankful I woke early this morning. Maybe I'll have more time to get things done before doing a window job this morning. I'm thankful we can work today. I'm thankful I have the week off on vacation from cashiering.

pretty picture. I'm thankful that I did a dumbbell workout. My great-aunt came by to give me some pound cake. It was good. I'm thankful that I had some online work. I'm also thankful that it was sunny so I could lay out my charcoal bags in the sun (air purifier bags) to charge. I almost forgot to do them this month.

I had a great week. Wednesday I went to my first board meeting and though the meeting was boring, the break was fun, Then Thursday, the 2 classes got together for a potluck lunch and because I eat kosher, 2 of the ladies made sure to make something I could eat. Friday we had professional day, so no students and it was over before lunch (which was provided) and I was told to go ahead and write down my normal full day hours. I am thankful to get paid for a full day instead of just 3 hours.

We had to unexpectedly run to Bay City. Jay's new glasses were hurting his ears, they needed to be readjusted. Now, he's very happy:) It was a nice trip, we visited and had dinner out. I didn't eat something high in carbs, a welcomed plus for my glucose number. We watched Robert Morris Ministry when we got home, it was wonderful! Another lovely day, a gift from the Lord
