Baked Potato For Dinner

Loaded baked potato with butter, cheese, sour cream and bacon bits. A small salad on the side. And then back outside to enjoy the weather. A beautiful day today. The sun finally came back out to enjoy. Many new birds have been seen in the backyard today and I am very excited. Glad to hear them all sing their happy songs. Every year I see a new bird. Makes me very happy. Photo is mine.

Yummm, I'm planning to make sweet tater fries in my lil oven along with spinach and smoked salmon.

I am heating up some frozen French fires, Now I wish I had a regular potato, It is the time when things in my house run low I will have one more week to go before my SS and my grocery order but I sill have things to cook up, On sunny days we have many bird choruses now and I like that but today was rainy and we had thundershowers,

I had a little sandwich around 2pm, so I wasn't hungry at supper time. I had a small dish of strawberries. Your supper sounds amazing, love a good baked potato.

Thats wonderful news that you see new birds every year. My husband complains how bad outdoor and stray cats are on the bird population so you seeing more is a good sign.

Your potato looks delicious. I was planning on making meatloaf but Mike wasn't in the mood. So it was leftovers for us. Just as good and meatloaf will be made tomorrow after church to enjoy. I'm happy to hear the birds too. They were happy because I filled up their feeders in the morning.
