I did it.

Today I did so many things that I thought I could not do that I´m amazed at myself.
I went to the Bank and climbed to the second floor to see an executive who is in charge of adding dollars to the credit card. I was able to explain what I wanted an did everything.
I had to stand on a line to transfer (I had to buy dollars with Chilean money but I did not touch a cent).
Suddenly a masked woman waved at me. I looked at her with my poor eyes (the glasses were at the dining room table). The woman then took off her mask and I warmly said hello. It is nice that after 2 years people still know you.
I also got out some cash. Right now only in Banks they accept checks. And once in a while I need real money.
Later I told my friend that my digipass had covid so it did not show the numbers all the time. She changed that too and told me that I would have to go to the Bank in my computer at home to activate it later. WHICH I JUST DID
I bought some meds at the drugstore and tape to cover the stitches in my cheek as the doctor put a white one the last time.
AND I went to a small supermarket and bought a few things I needed.
Friends, I´m a big girl. I did it all by myself! I bought 2 muffins for myself as a well deserved gift and discovered that the man who brought me home 2 years ago still had his car and could take me here for a small fee.
I took a long nap and here I am, happy at having discovered that I still can do things by myself.

I'm sure you feel like a million dollars doing all that by yourself. It certainly sounds like you did a lot and hope you enjoyed your nap and the muffins.

Good for you. There will be no stopping you now. You'll be doing all sorts of things on your own now.
