Potato Salad & Smoked Paprika for Dinner

After burgers yesterday at my neighbor's house, she gave me a huge bowl of potato salad to bring home. So good to have this the next day. A favorite. I took my smoked paprika gifted to me by @TheSojourner. My neighbor has never had paprika, and I never tried the smoked paprika. We both loved it. So very good. That was my dinner for today. Potato salad and a few crackers on the side. Perfect. Reminded me of my Mom. She made the best potato salad. Such good memories. Photo is mine from my neighbor's home.

It looks good. I never tried paprika on my potato salad but I have had it that way. I must put it on next time since I have a big cannister of it. I made pasta salad tonight, I bet it would be good on there too. Thanks for the pic.

It's funny how potato salad makes you think of your mom. My mom made great potato salad too and even though I have her recipe it still isn't as good as hers. Adding your smoked paprika to the potato salad sounds like it really jazzed it up...yum!

My mother-in-law made the best potato salad. The closest we've come is Grandma's Mustard Potato Salad. I make a pretty mean potato salad too; but, of course, can't do that anymore.

Looks very tasty! Glad you enjoyed it and it brought nice memories. I got a mini plate of pit roast I bought from Marukai. Handyman finished my little repair and got all good with my plumbing. Didn't feel like cooking. Laundry done too.

Mike's mom makes the best potato salad, which we will enjoy on Sunday after church. Your potato salad looks great. I have regular paprika but never tried smoked. I will have to get some and try it.
