Rose Buds Making An Appearance

Rose buds are starting to appear on my rose bush in Dustin's memorial garden. I cannot wait to see the bright pink roses soon. The bush looks very healthy with tons of leaves and now covered in buds. Makes me very happy to see this and many other flowers will be blooming soon. Walked around the neighborhood earlier. Many neighbors were walking their dogs, and I met another new family that live two streets over. They moved here from Colorado. Another job transfer. I wished them luck. A day filled with sunshine again. I wish it could be 60 degrees all the time. Oh well. Even with the temperatures on the rise, I know it is a small price to pay for the roses. Exciting times. @CarolDM you might not believe this but the first roses I planted were stems trimmed from my neighbors rose bushes. I planted the stems and they lived and produced roses. They were still blooming when we moved away.
