March 24, I went shopping at Foodland and Office Depot that's next to each other at Dillingham Plaza. As I was walking to an eastbound bus stop, I passed by this cutest looking car! I paused near it and admired her.
You don't see lashes on a car's headlights everyday! I've seen reindeer antlers at Christmas season on cars, Christmas wreaths on the front of big rig trucks and decorated city bus during Christmas too.
I enjoy seeing vehicles owners took the time to decorate. In your hometown, have you seen any decorated vehicles from time to time & what were they?

@oahuwriter - Cars are licensed according the specifications of the cars builders, if you modify you cannot circulate. Horns would be a serious crime, dangerous in case of accident.

I didn't notice the lashes till I read what you wrote. It does look cute but I don't want to drive highly decorated cars. I want s really simple one.
