Do you guys remember the painting I showed you (that she was entering into a contest) in a previous discussion done by my ten year old niece, Amyra? She came in second for that, BUT she came in first for the drawing of "The Lion and the Lamb" you see pictured here. I'm really happy for her.

That is amazing work for a 10 year old. Good fr her and you are right to be proud of her. I hope she does something with her talent. I hate to see good talent wasted. Does she want to be an artist?

Right now she doesn't know yet what she wants to do, but she took her first art class a week ago, and is excited about that. She really likes drawing anime, and my sister thinks she'll go along the lines of a graphic artist.
