I guess is that the life of a firefighter is one filled with adventures since they are usually called to put out fires as well as save the lives of persons and/or animals from harm.
On Sunday at a baseball game in Danbury Connecticut, the local firefighters were called to rescue a Canadian goose that was stuck on the baseball net at Rogers Park.
The firefighters used a ladder from one of their trucks to reach the goose who was trapped on the netting of the fence which is used to prevent baseballs and softball from hitting the fans sitting behind the home plate area and other parts of the field.
The first part of saving the goose was to cut some of the netting around the feet of the goose before bringing down the goose to the ground and then finish the work by cutting the netting around the feet of the goose before letting the animal fly freely away from his danger spot.
Just another day in the life of a firefighter doing their duty to assist animals as well as people in need of their assistance.

I know if I was the position of the goose, I would be scared as well being trapped on a net.

So am I. The goose deserves to fly freely in the air after he was rescued by the firefighters.

Most likely that is what happened to the goose in the baseball park.

I imagine birds get trapped in nets more than we realize. I know birds have been killed flying into those wind turbines.
Yes, your right. Firefighters don't just fight fires they rescue people and animals too!

You are right since I am sure that the goose fell into temptation seeing something on the fence that attracted him.
