Meals - 5/21/22 - AND DISH TV sucks!

Called DISH TV yesterday. I told them I wanted to file a complaint. They transferred me SIX TIMES, once even to the Technical Department. The sixth person finally said the system does not allow her to transfer me to an "upper person" unless I am a current customer. Personally I think that's a crock; but I reached a dead end there.
So then I found their page on Facebook and left a message that I wanted to file a complaint. I also found a link on the DISH TV website; and I left a message there also. We'll see if anything happens. I need to find an address for Corporate.
HAH! I found a phone number for Corporate. I will call them tomorrow.
Breakfast - No breakfast
Lunch - Lentil soup
Dessert/Snack - Donut and decaf coffee
Dinner - Chicken tenders and potato salad

I had a donut yesterday too.....and the country fried chicken I shared about. Sorry about the issues with DISH TV

They are SO bad. Four Walls gave me an idea. I think I will file a complaint with the BBB.

Often typing a public comment on a Facebook page is the only way to get attention.
I did for a Bank in Italy, I left a long message explaining why I was totally disgusted by their service. The day after a manager called me and my problem fixed.

I left a message on FB but didn't leave a public comment. I should do that. Thanks. I also now have the phone number of the Corporate Office for DISH. Yay!

Most places dont want to hear complaints. Hope you get somewhere with corporate.

They will probably tell me to call Customer Service at the same numbers I already tried.
