Full Body Armor?

Will full body armor be a necessary garb in the very near future? Or is there another way we can protect ourselves when we go out to shop, work or play. A trip to the supermarket, corner grocery store, the mall - is becoming very hazardous. Schools are in the mix too - and even churches, nowhere is safe. What does the future hold for coming generations ? What changes in lifestyle will be necessary for our survival? Does anyone know? Pixabay image.

I've not seen anything here that would require even thinking about something like that. How bad are things in your country that you'd be thinking about armor?

@Kandae11 Then quit watching the news. Things are NEVER as bad as it seems on the news channels. If the newspeople can't keep people scared, then they don't make any money.

@DaddyEvil Goodness me. I can't believe l have been filling my head with fake news. I am disappointed - after all CNN and the BBC are my favorite news channels.

It is necessarily not a full body armor to protect ourselves in the future. Vitamins and prayers are the best.

Indeed, our physical health is important as well as our mental health. Prayers should help.

@luisga814 Ha ha, forget the sword, it came with the picture. I did not know how to get rid of it.

@Kandae11 No need for metal body armor. How can you move that well if you're going to a restaurant and see some fellow with full metal body armor with sword? Lol.

Sometimes I have wondered this too . An entire bullet-proof, knife-proof, virus-proof outfit ! I don't know what would protect us from hearing hurtful words though. I guess what it comes down to is we need to be strong from the inside out . . . that is probably what will ultimately get us through .

I think it is not comfortable to go out every time in full body armor. Even faceshield and face mask are not comfortable for me

There has to be a break in the way things are now..else no one will survive. Humanity is so hostile.

When l wrote this post, which by the way was not well received - l never dreamed what would unfold in the Elementary school in Texas. I was thinking ahead - say like 20 or 30 years from now.

@Kandae11 Thanks. I think we were due for a change. It has been a hard-fought election and there are now quite a few independent members (don't belong to a particular party) and more women.

For the moment, nothing like that is needed here, we live in a very safe place.

Yes indeed. The main thing all countries have to worry about is Covid and future viruses.

Yes, I'm now on guard even when I go to the corner store. You never know when a fight will break out. I get harassed sometimes when I go there. Long story, I'm always running into someone who has a problem with me and I don't know what she'll do. I think the next generation will have to be safe and stay inside and do activities inside. We need to get back to good values and watching good things on TV and reading.

As long we don't get too manipulated by medical entities, I think we can manage. They are the ones who make money out of it.
