Well, I found a number for the Corporate office for DISH and will call them today to complain. I hope I don't get the runaround there. I ran a short diagnostic on my computer; and no problems were found. I still plan on calling Dell; but it's not so urgent now. Monkeypox is now in the US; and I'm hoping that it doesn't spread. The first shipment of baby formula has arrived in the US; but it will only feed 9,000 babies. What's going on in your corner of the world?
Breakfast - No breakfast
Lunch - Tomato penne soup
Dessert/Snack - Donut and decaf coffee
Dinner - Half of a chicken Subway sandwich
What did you have to eat yesterday?

Stomach was still upset (I’m thinking, to my horror, it might have been the watermelon), so I had soup for dinner and a plain baked potato with soup for lunch. It’s doing wonders for my weight loss, but this isn’t the way I wanna lose weight!

@marlina — “seedless” watermelon still has white seeds (they are “baby seeds”) in it, and that can cause IBS flare ups. If it lasts through the week I’ll get to the doctor.

@HazySue Glad to see you. I've been thinking about you! I get hungry too; and I have to just try and not eat so much. I gain weight so easily since I can't get around.

I ate two tangerines and a TV dinner: Swedish meatballs and noodles. It was really good.
Good luck contacting the corporate office.

Thanks. It was a no-go. They won't take customer calls. I haven't given up yet.

@LindaOHio You're welcome.
The corporate office would probably throw away a letter, too. It might be worth a try, though.

@DaddyEvil I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. That always gets a response.

Monkey pox has also arrived in India. I never skip any meals as that produces gas in my gut. I had noodles and fruit juice for breakfast. Rice, dal, paneer and brinjal fry dipped in curd for lunch and will have our Indian roti and paneer curry for dinner with some cold milk.

@LindaOHio It is already a big problem throughout the World. Doctors are struggling to find its source and treatment.

I'm sorry to hear about the Monkeypox. I'm afraid that it's going to be a major problem.

I would think that there are other companies that make formula in the US.

@LindaOHio I read there is only one other company. And this should be changed. Crazy.

First off, Dish is probably going to give you the runaround, it's what they do, the jerks.
Second, Monkeypox, Bird Flu and something else but I forgot what is now showing up on the health lines which makes me wonder if Covid has run it's course so now the CDC and WHO are looking for other excuses to scare the bageeesas outta us.
Third, I don't get why moms can't figure out how to feed their babies without formula, didn't moms centuries ago simply nurse their infants?

DISH is definitely jerky. Monkeypox may not spread as easily from what I read. I would think that there are other companies in the US that make formula. Yes, they could nurse their infants.

Those tomatoes in the photo look so good, I had two sausage patties, french fries and gravy.

I called DIRECTV yesterday to ask why my bill went up almost eight dollars. I also asked when our contract is up. She transferred me to their loyalty department and that woman ended up reducing my bill by $30 each month for a year! Hope you get your issues worked out with DISH.

That's for sure. I called; and there is an automated message that says if you are a customer to call this number...it's a number I've already tried. :-(
