A couple of days ago I posted "I Freaked Out"(link at the bottom if you care to read it so you know what I am talking about) and I would like to explain. I was diagnosed with extreme depression with panic attacks back in the early 2000s. I am very sensitive to anxiety. I get symptoms such as hives, blurred vision, headaches, shakiness, confusion, panic, chills, nausea, dizzy feeling, and the list goes on and on. I appreciate certain things in my life. I enjoy the norm of the life I have created for myself. As things stay normal I stay normal and am able to cope. It's a very good feeling. But, when chaos comes into the mix I begin to feel the symptoms I have listed above. I have to remember to breathe. If they get very bad I become incapacitated, I am no good to anyone or any situation. Thank goodness I have anxiety pills I can take and they do help. Over the years I have learned and taken on some techniques I use and they are very valuable to me. So, usually, I can get the anxiety abated before I get really bad. If I get real bad real fast I have no control over my feelings and I freak out. This doesn't happen very often, thank goodness.

Be of yourself. Take the words of Ernest Henley from Invictus - "I am the master of my fate I am the captain of my soul."

I am also battling depression and anxiety due to concerns of not being able to work on my sharing good news stories and doing surveys due to fears of a computer breaking down.

I haven't either due to learning how to alleviate it for myself. And, I have anxiety pills I use for emergencies.

I am kept on a pretty even keel with my meds. I may get anxious; but I rarely freak out. I hope you stay feeling well.

Thank you. I rarely 'freak out' too. So it was odd for me.
