Officially into Sunday here... mylot goals

It's past 12 AM here. Since I am in a vacation mode, my sleep wake rhythm are little off track and I enjoy these mid night mylotting sessions when friends from the other half of the planet are awake and active
. And there are some who are active in all time zones 
and I really wonder how one can be so energetic despite so less of sleep.
Mylot has been slow recently. Well, I observe the general trend of it going slow on weekends. The month is coming to end. And I am sure that the activities here will pick up on Monday and Tuesday as many would make the last push to reach the goals or add some more to their bank here.
I had some really good days here this month and I have made 40 cents or close to that in those days. Today was another good day where I could add more than 30 cents and I might add few more before I go to sleep . It's thrilling to see your bank make a huge jump while you we were sleeping 
May has come to an end and we are almost into mid year now. And that reminds me that the summer vacation is coming to end and I have to go back to school from 9th June. I better start getting back to my sleep wake rhythm in the next two weeks. So from next weekend I will be not having my midnight fun here.
I kept up with my daily mylot goal for today- 1 post, clearing all notifications and responding to 40 discussions.
. And I might do some more while I am still here.
We expected some rain in the evening. It was clouds, breeze and some drizzling. But not the real rain. The cold breeze brings in the mild fragrance of the night jasmine. I will enjoy it for a while and mylot till my body and eyes allow

It's better to do other things when the site is slow here. It must be the long weekend and the mini vacation mood in your country. Hopefully it will pick some activities in the last two days. I have nothing much planned for the next two days and I plan to be more here

Oh! Is it too loud with thunderstorms to keep you awake? I am sorry that you are not able to sleep well. That would make me sluggish throughout the day if I don't sleep well. What's the prediction for the rain there??

@arunima25 even when I have nothing to do, I devote most of my time here. It's all about the consistency which grows your bank. Hope you add $1 more to your bank. All the best

Bangalore differs a bit. Here the summer vacation is in April and May. The new academic year starts from June after the summer vacation. Hope your kids are doing good with their cycle tests.
The site might have been slow. But I am getting notifications in a huge number and my bank also has shown some jump.
Nothing much planned for the next two days. So, I plan to be more here and try to add another dollar

@sjvg1976 I had good one hour session here in the morning and I did add few cents then. But then my eyes and hands wanted a break. So, I moved on with other chores. Now I plan to be here till husband finishes his meeting and comes down for evening tea. Then maybe later in the night.

And it comes as a morning surprise I. I don't keep any goal here as it never works out. But last few days I had some good time at hand and I made some for fun. It felt good to achieve those daily goals.

May has flown by, very fast! I'm not on My Lot as often, but still enjoy seeing how everyone is doing. If I don't sleep 6-8 hours each night, I can't function during the day. If someone doesn't have a job, they can be online most of the time.

I was not here much but then I had some really good days here at mylot and that compensated for my absence
It's the same with me. I can't function well if I have not got sufficient sleep and seven hours is the minimum for me. I am more here during vacations and weekend. Though I come regularly here even on my working days, the time spent is not much.

Congrats on meeting your my lot goals for the day. I still have a little under twenty cents to go to make five dollars. It hasn't been the best month in terms of earnings, but not from lack of trying.

It's the same for me if I take in account only the earnings for this month. I am little short of five dollars. I have carried some from last month and so I am sure to get paid. We still have two more days and we can add some more

I don't understand how some people are here at all hours, either. Some people seem to be like the Energizer Bunny and keep on going! 
It's still raining here even though the weather app says the sun is shining. 
But the temperature did reach 28.8C this afternoon. At least the weather app got that part right.

@arunima25 Oh, no! Not me! Pretty says I sleep all the time.
I check three different weather apps now and none of them are correct.
I can't sleep that long. I take a diuretic pill and have to get up to go to the bathroom every two hours. When I'm done, I check in on myLot and see what everyone is doing before going back to sleep.

At least the weather app is half correct.
I had a good sleep.Even when I sleep late, I go for undisturbed sleep for long seven hours. That's the minimum my body requires to function well and not feel like a zombie.

It's a holiday weekend for those living in the USA and I've found that many aren't around much during those times. Today, Monday, is the last day of the holiday. Many will be having gatherings with their friends and family or doing cookouts.

Yes, those in that part of the world are in mini vacation mood and so the activities here was a bit sluggish. Maybe it will pickup on Tuesday as May has 31 days and mylot users will try to push to their goals here on the last day of the month

I try to do that. But these days I get a huge pile of notifications. So, after a while I get restless and want to check new posts. Yesterday I could not read new posts. Notifications took all my time. I could not finish all.

Thank you for the update. I've read your post all the way through to the end. I can identify with you about mylotting, earning pushing through to the end of May payout.
Jasmine is a fragrant flowering vine. Does it bloom all year round? Or only through a season? Here, it gives out magnificent sweet fragrance through Spring and Summer.

The night jasmine is more like a bush ,and not vine. Our city has the same pleasant weather throughout the year and most flowers bloom throughout the year. But they bloom in abundance if we have good shower for few days. We call it rain bonanza
I am a special educator and counselor at a school. So, my work involves remedial sessions for special needs children from all age groups and counseling to the family and students.

@everwonderwhy Thank you for encouraging words. I love my job and look forward to it. I was into biotechnology and made a lateral shift to this in my thirties. And now after working in this profession for more than a decade, I feel that I took a right decision. I just love my work and I am learning and growing each day

That would be good and I feel that our earnings are better if we are regular with posting discussions here. I would try to make more discussions but not sure if I can do it daily. My plan for June is to be regular here and keep adding the little pennies. I might not get much time here when school starts but coming here daily does help to relax and keep earnings moving

@arunima25 Thanks, I was travelling between India and Singapore and the Covid protocols did not make it easy! I was still logging in almost every day though not much into posting my own discussions.
The site is not active as before but to its credit it sustains itself unlike others that promised much only to bite the dust all of a sudden.

You are right. It's a great place to relax. It's summer vacation time here and the holidays are coming to end. I planned to do a lot of mylotting but couldn't. But then I really had some good days here in the last two months.

@Shiva49 Yes, covid protocols have made international travels not easy. The site goes through this sluggish phase every now and then but then it picks up again. You are right that it's going on strong for more than a decade and that is incredible.

It's okay. We all get caught up with our life from time to time. I am a few cents shy of five dollars if I only see this month. I am having few dollars from last month as I missed the payout last month. There is always a next month

Even I am getting a lot of notifications and that's a blessing . My bank has seen increase and that makes me happy
I am looking forward to a new academic year. But then there is always some initial inertia to get back to work after a long vacation. That would settle down in few days once I am back.
