Headache still after haircut

Philippines
June 1, 2022 6:47pm CST
I had a bad headache yesterday. I thought because my hair was thick, so I got a haircut. But my headache remained. So I went to bed early, case I took five hours. Then I went back to sleep at two in the morning. I find it hard to sleep straight, only about five hours a day. It's also my fault that some days I don't get much sleep. Maybe I should start taking sleeping pills again, what do you think? Have a nice day

Do you still have a lot of pain in your head? I hope you do not have a sinus or ear infection. 5 hours is about all I usually sleep sometimes less.

My sleeping 'pill' is my TV, any time I watch a show it puts me to sleep.

If you have a timer for your TV then you can set it for an hour or whatever, I do that and usually I am asleep by the time my TV turns off.

You need to do what's right for you. it's okay if you wake up in the middle of the night if need to. your body knows what it needs.

@Letranknight2015 I never use my computer before going to bed, not even the smartphone, not good for the sleeping.

No, try not to take pills wherever possible unless doctors prescribe you with something. If you can't sleep, try watching a horror movie. You will feel sleepy for sure.

Hello @ihasaquestion It was prescribed by doctor back then. But I haven't bought new sleeping pills yet.

@ihasaquestion I haven't bought new ones yet I was just thinking of it. Well, the most simple method was drinking milk and adding snake plant right next to me.

@Letranknight2015 Why must you use sleeping pills still. Why not try other methods which may be available?

That seems to be my problem lately. I would wake up at 2am then my sleep would be intermittent between 2am till about 5-6am when I usually would wake up.

@Letranknight2015 They are the ones that lull me to sleep in my case. If I just lay down in bed, I won't be able to fall asleep anytime soon. I wish there were another way to lull myself to sleep, but I couldn't think of one right now.
