... waiting for what I hope is the final repair on the Eagle for a long time. They are replacing the control board for the touchscreen that can operate the slides and landing gear as well as holds an electronic copy of the owner's manual.
The job isn't supposed to take long, or so I was told 90 minutes ago when they started. In the meantime, I've been sitting here catching up on my email.
The photo is my view of the retail part of the dealer's building. They sell many types of accessories to enhance RV life.
This has been my morning so far.

Hope this repair does the trick and no more trips for more work. Nothing is ever quick when it comes to vehicles

Car repairs or anything done to your vehicle seem to take a long time. I got my oil changed at NTB which you would think would have me in and out of there. Nope it took about 1.5 hours. Although there were a lot of tickets in the docket. They were only working on 2 or 3 cars, and one time when I looked back there the mechancis were all sitting around...Yeah, you can fix a lot of cars that way...lol.

The tech that worked on my rig took extra time to make sure things were just right because he's been the one taking care of it for me all along and wants to do good work. He came and talked to me before he started and when done to assure me how things would be done and that he'd checked everything.

@Tina30219 What were you fishing for if you were fishing with your man? I usually use worms or crickets.

I did buy 2 items but had intended to before I got there. One is a friction reduction disk that goes between the hitch on the camper and the receiver on the truck. The other was a standard ball hitch to do on the drop-down standard hitch attachment I will use to tow the honey-pot to the dump station.

@JudyEv the honey pot is for use when you're in a campsite without a sewer hookup for longer than your black and grey water tanks take to fill up. It's a rectangular container on wheels you can drain the built-in tanks to and then tow up to the dump station. It keeps you from having to unhook the camper and pulling it to the dump station every few days. Ours is the same model as in the photo.

I am still working on GETTING my RV. lol. Not that I can't afford it, I just haven't pulled the trigger yet, and since I keep seeing what look like RV dealerships that are actually RV storage—I just haven't done it yet.
Other than that just working and sneaking in some MyLot.
