Live Band in the Neighborhood: Gosh!?!

There is a birthday celebration below our apartment. Literally, they are having a live band and singing like rock stars.
I am feeling like living above the pub house or club. My students online seem not comfortable, but I cannot do anything. I just need to endure and hopefully, they will stop not later than midnight.
Are you feeling annoyed if listening to people with loud speakers?

They should impose rules since they are the ones benefiting from the rent they get from tenants.

As long as the music stops by 10 pm, I wouldn't care. If it goes past 10 pm, I'd call the police. The city has an ordnance against any loud sounds between 10 pm and 6 am.
