Kitty Surrender Update
June 23, 2022 8:49pm CST
Thank you to all who posted me organizations to check out. I will keep some on hand in case we need them. I hadn't initially thought of other places that might take them. Thanks for the idea. I made an appointment with the Humane Society for later in the morning after my daughter drops Whiskers off to have her surgery. It will cost her $40 for a litter of kittens to be surrendered. But, she can make some arrangements to pay it off over a few months. So, finding a place for these three kittens will cost us about $150. That is $40 for the surrender, $50 for transportation, and $60 for the spaying. Sure hope it all goes according to the plan.

That's pretty cheep all things considered. I know some vets that charge a lot more just for the surgery. Hell, routine bloodwork at our vet is about 180. So, you're getting off pretty good. So sorry you have to surrender the kitten in the first place, though.
