A Cool Morning, Not Cold

It's already 10:41 AM. Done with offline work. Shut down the PC.
Now I am tasked to cook our food. Since it is raining today, I will prepare a rice porridge with cocoa. Best for the weather for us. No fried fish though.
Once cooked, I like to put powdered on top of my porridge.

I enjoyed it. I added cocoa and chocolate flavored condensed milk and topped it with powdered milk.
