No more dry season. No more hot days.
It is really official that we are on "wet season". Rainy days that is! And yes, typhoons are expected to visit the archipelago.
We are experiencing rain as of the moment as a new Tropical Storm is currently packing its strength as it moves north. No storm warning has been raised so far but it has a 75 kph maximum winds near the center.

Here, typhoon warning No. 8 (max level is 10) has been raised as Chaba moving near. We are experiencing strong wind and heavy rain.

@jobelbojel Thank you. Fortunately, Chaba will not directly hit Hong Kong. She will move towards the west of Hong Kong.

There are two of them now, Domeng and Caloy ( local names), good thing Domeng is way up North and Metro Manila is expected to just experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. I'm sorry for those who would be directly hit by the tropical depressions.

It is difficult to choose because it has consequences. If it is dry season, we are prone to heatstroke and most fire related issues are reported during the season. If it is wet season, rains may bring flood and typhoons are sometimes destructive.
