Checking air fares online.

Today my daughter called me and we started to check for air fares online.
My daughter knows a lot of links so that we discovered some fares at cheaper prices for us. Still, the dollar is very high so the fare will be high.
But I already told Diego that we would go on a budget. I know that we cannot eat red meat in Aruba (I know that there are inexpensive chicken and frozen sea food there).
Tomorrow Diego will send me his name, Passport number and ID. I don´t know what else is needed.
Little by little, the trip is getting under way. I don´t mind if I have to eat on a budget for the rest of the year

We don´t have food bank here, Jim. But I can make delicious food with cheap ingredients. I have been to Aruba so many times that I know what is cheap and what isn´t.

I eat meat from Argentina here and it is not much more expensive that the meat from Paraguay, Uruguay or Brazil. But in Aruba I´ll become either vegetarian or will go for chicken and fish (the least expensive). They also have awesome cheese from Holland and will use that as protein.

@LadyDuck Exactly! The milk is also delicious and I can make us deserts with it. I know that we don´t have to have red meat to be happy for 3 weeks.

@wolfgirl569 The timeshare is awesome. I have a 4 star apartment with pool and near the beach for a maintenance that I can pay.

The worst part will be the air fare. I already paid for my lodgings and have some extra money in my credit card for food.

I'm not sure if prices are cheaper now, it was during pandemic they are super cheap but then I have a feeling travelers are back with a vengeance.

wish you have a good trip,I bought discount plane ticket a couple of years ago when the virus began,but now the air fare return to normal,i didn't pay for air fare any more,train fare is much cheaper.

I am going to an island. The air fare is now about the same price in dollars but the dollar has gone up.
