Good appointment

Today Bob had a follow up for being out of the hospital one week. They drew labs yesterday. His kidney function has improved, and the inflammation markers are down. New week we see an infectious disease doctor in Wichita. Then there is a mystery doctor on his discharge sheets. His doctor looked that one up and it seems it is an oncologist. A cancer/blood doctor. This summer is turning out to be very medical. And I need to schedule or reschedule some of the appointments Bob missed.

That's the sad fact of life. Our bodies tend to hate us sometimes.

I am okay with these appointments because we are seeing progress. He is in less pain. @JimBo452020 some people are total wrecks long before they reach 70. You may surprise yourself.

I do not like to go from doctor to doctor, but I understand that this is necessary and the best for Bob.

I was hoping that would be the case. His primary care says it is possible some of his problems will resolve now.

He will not see this doctor for about two months, but he has others he will need to see. I hope to go with him.

@GardenGerty I hope you can go with him. I always went with Leo. I think it helped him.
